1. Eligibility and Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Your use of our services must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Legal Traffic Sources Only

You agree to submit and direct only legal adult traffic to our network. All traffic must originate from lawful sources and comply with relevant laws governing adult content and advertising. Any traffic associated with illegal activities or prohibited content will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any earnings.

3. Prohibited Content

Under no circumstances shall you send traffic promoting or involving any content that is illegal or deemed unacceptable, including but not limited to:

• Child pornography or any content involving minors (under 18)
• Non-consensual acts, including rape, sexual assault, or exploitation
• Bestiality, incest, or any unlawful sexual acts
• Hate speech, violence, or content promoting discrimination
• Malware, spyware, or any content designed to harm users or devices

Violation of these restrictions will lead to immediate suspension or termination of your participation and possible legal action.

4. Content Restrictions

All adult content promoted through our network must comply with age verification laws and must not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you promote adheres to these standards.

5. Traffic Quality and Verification

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and verify the quality and legality of all traffic sent to our network. Traffic that is fraudulent, generated by bots, artificially inflated, or otherwise invalid will not be compensated and may result in termination.

6. Payment and Revenue

Payments will be made according to the agreed terms and conditions in your affiliate or partner agreement. We reserve the right to withhold or deduct payments in cases of suspected fraud, non-compliance, or violation of these Terms.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or any unethical or illegal conduct. Upon termination, all pending payments may be forfeited at our discretion.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taboo Traffic, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful conduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taboo Traffic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
